Aspabroc - Seed Packets
The official broccolini. Aspabroc resembles a broccoli raab with an asparagus stem, and offers a mild taste. Eaten raw of briefly cooked, Broccolini is rich in vitamins. A hybrid between broccoli and gai Ian, grows 45-60cm (20-24") tall. Aspabroc tastes of sweet broccoli with a hint of asparagus. As first central shoots mature, harvest it quickly to encourage side shoots.
