Among the best border perennials available, this is a selection of one of our native North American wildflowers. Plants make a bushy, upright clump with a profuse display of brown-eyed, golden-orange daisies from midsummer through the fall. Seedheads have good winter interest. A terrific choice for mass planting, combining especially well with ornamental grasses. Excellent for cutting. Plants may be easily divided in early spring.

Easily grown in average, moist, well-drained soils in full sun. Best bloom occurs in full sun, although plants will tolerate some light shade. Plants prefer consistent moisture throughout the growing season. Established plants have some tolerance for drought. Good air circulation is appreciated. Deadhead spent flowers to encourage additional bloom."

Halifax Seed’s Plant Material Return Policy offers a 1-year guarantee on perennials up to Zone 4, and a 90-day guarantee on perennials Zone 5 and higher. If a plant has died despite reasonable evidence of care, Halifax Seed will replace the plant or offer store credit equal to the original purchase price. Original receipt and defective plant material must be presented to cashier at time of return.
