Sorrel (Organic Seed)
Lemony, tangy leafy greens delicious in soups and stews, in salad, or as a braising green. Bright green, slender leaves up to 8" with long petioles. Excellent overwintered gourmet spring green. Can be spring-sown but better in fall for harvest in early spring, when leaves are most tender and mild. Perennial gourmet ingredient, open-pollinated.
