Plant in a full sun location with well draining soil when ground temperatures warm, usually early June in Nova Scotia once risk of frost has passed. Corms may be soaked for 12 to 24 hours to speed sprouting. For earlier blooms, plant earlier indoors. Corms may be dug in the fall and stored over winter for planting next season.
