Uniform long season root with creamy white flesh and sweet, nutty flavour for roasting, saut�s and mashing. Gets sweeter when exposed to cold temperatures. Shows resistance to canker, a fungal pathogen which causes black lesions on the root. Stores up to 5 months. 10-12" long roots.
