Savoy Express Hybrid - Seed Packets
Head 15cm x 20cm (6"x8") in size. There has never been a cabbage like this All-American winner for 2000. Its super early maturity and taste set this apart from the rest. Most Savory cabbages tend to be somewhat bitter, but this one is sweet and makes marvelous coleslaw, sauerkraut and cabbage salads. Even the yellow-green colour is more interesting than common varieties. The compact growth and small heads allow for planting closer together. The texture is quite different from other cabbage. Early enough to mature in short season climates.
