Easily cultivated, Black-Eyed-Susan are sometimes grown as an annual since they often bloom the first year from seed. With their extreme hardiness and long, trouble-free blooming period they are a favorite addition to gardens.  The plants of the Rustic Dwarfs variety may be only 50cm (20") tall, but they still offer maximum garden impact with their large, bronze, orange, and mahogany single blossoms.
