Brassica rapa - Tall crispy leaves, with broad white midribs. My favourite Napa cabbage of the varieties I’ve trialled, they’re quick to size up and awesome for salads, stir-fries or kimchi. Best grown as a fall crop in our climate, sow in July for heads in September/October. I find they quickly bolt when grown in spring. 125+ seeds (0.5g)
