A legume which enriches the soil for the rest of your garden. Canada Trick Trefoil is native to most of eastern North America. Its pollen, seeds and foliage provide a food source for a number of insects, birds and mammals. Loved by bumble bees. Approx. 200 seeds per packet.

Seeds will stick to passersby in fall so do not plant along high-traffic paths.

Cold, moist stratification required. Winter sow directly outside, or mix seeds with moist substrate (vermiculite, perlite or moss) and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 6-8 weeks. Sow seed at 1/8 inch depth. Do not let seedling dry out while it is establishing.
