Sage
A hardy perennial with attractive silvery-green leaves and spiky purple blooms, Sage offers a jolt of early summer colour to the herb or ornamental garden. The fresh or dried leaves may be added to a variety of dishes including meats and stuffing. Plants grow 45-75cm (18-30") tall.
