A petit Padron that reaches only 25cm tall! Chilli Pepper ‘Hot Pot’ is extremely early to fruit and its compact size makes it perfect for growing in pots on a windowsill or around the base of tomato plants in the greenhouse. The small, bell-shaped peppers measure around 2.5cm by 5cm and are versatile in the kitchen – becoming spicier as they ripen – so you can harvest them at the optimal stage for your recipe. The fruit can be cooked and eaten whole – fry and blacken them in oil like Padron Peppers or stuff them with delicious fillings such as herbs, breadcrumbs and cheese.
