These brightly coloured chili peppers are spicy hot! Widely used in Caribbean cooking, these pepper have a strong, fruit flavour and heat between 100,000-350,000 SHU. Fruits turn from green to red and can be eaten at either stage. Give them extra time to mature and develop heat. Take extreme caution with handling seeds and fruit!
