Helen's Flower provides abundant yellow blooms in late summer well into fall. Attracts bees and butterflies, and offers cheery yellow colour long after most other wildflowers have finished blooming. Approx. 80 seeds per packet.

The other common name, Sneezeweed, is not because it causes allergies (it doesn’t) but because of a traditional medicinal use to grind the dried leaves into a snuff which induces sneezing.
