Outstanding patty pan summer squash. Highly productive bushy plants send out multitudes of small green patty pans, big enough to eat a day after flowering. The fruits turn white as they grow larger, at which point they begin to lose tenderness, so check your patch regularly. Forgotten overgrown fruit make beautiful additions to fall displays.
