New variety developed in Nova Scotia by our friends at Yonder Hill Farm! Early to bear and immensely productive. Sweet and fruity, they're delicious simply sliced raw, or roasted and preserved. Blocky bells start out yellow and ripen to orangey-rose. Discovered and selected at Yonder Hill Farm from a chance cross between Klari Baby Cheese and Napoleon in 2018.
