A high quality paste-type tomato, Roma is ideal for canning or making tomato juice and sauces. Its pear-shaped blocky fruits ripen to a bright red with few seeds and firm flesh. The determinate plants bear dozens of low-acid fruits. Resistant to most common tomato diseases.
