Winter Squash - Waltham Butternut
An excellent keeper with smooth tan skin and butter yellow flesh, this elongated pear-shaped variety reaches 30cm (12") in length and 13cm (5") wide at its largest diameter. The smooth textured flesh has a dry, slightly nutty, sweet flavour that is excellent when baked. An All-American Selection (AAS) award winning variety.
